All purchases are dispatched worldwide using International Royal Mail with a tracking number. A confirmation email will be sent upon placing your order. A further email will be sent once your order has been dispatched with a tracking number.  We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. Please see website for up to date delivery & shipping updates. Please note, made to order and customised designs items will be dispatched within 3 days.
A signature is required for all deliveries. Once a delivery attempt has been made to you, the parcel is the responsibility of you, the customer. It is up to you to collect the parcel from your local Post Office depot or rearrange an attempted delivery with the Royal Mail. 
In placing an order with 1POINT618Designs, you are responsible for all shipping charges, custom import fees and the cost of returns.
Any returned orders to us marked  Return to Sender or Missed Delivery will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for dispatch a the second time.
PAYMENT
We accept PayPal, credit cards and debit cards from customers around the world.  We use PayPal to ensure your payment is made & received securely. You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase, although you can pay via your account should you wish to do so. Any questions please mail us at hello@1point618designs.com
RETURNS
Please contact us on hello@1point618designs.com if you have any problems with your purchase. If you are still not entirely happy, you can return your item.  In this event, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. 
We do not refund postage.
We advise you to return your item with a tracking service requiring a signature - that way you can be sure that we've got it. Upon receipt of the item, we will process the refund within 24 hours.
Made to order and custom designs items can not be returned. Please bear this in mind when purchasing from our shop.
